It focuses on enhancing emotional intelligence, communication, and building effective relationships with clients. By integrating psychological concepts into coaching techniques, participants gain the skills to address complex client challenges, facilitate personal transformation, and drive sustainable success to elevate coaching practices through a psychological lens, fostering a deeper, more impactful coaching experience.
This course can be undertaken individually; however, it also forms part of the Ofqual-regulated ILM Accredited Certified Coach Programme. Upon completion, participants have the option to carry this award forward towards full programme completion.
