We’ll arrange a short introductory call so we can hear more about your current situation and the team that will be involved in the journey.
Following the introduction, we’ll provide you with access for the relevant team members to participate in a Psychometric test.
Our diagnostic session typically lasts 3-4 hours.
During this group session we’ll dig into your cultural, people and commercial objectives to allow us to thoroughly understand what you want to achieve, in addition to discussing current methods and impact of communication, collaboration, decision making and conflict resolution.
Once the diagnostic session is complete, we’ll analyse the information we’ve gathered and arrange to present you with the findings, along with your bespoke programme recommendations.
We’ll carry out an onboarding meeting with you so we can define the who, what and when of your programme delivery.
Together we’ll plan and deliver your programme launch day. The purpose of this is to educate and engage all employees who will be involved in your unique learning and development schedule. From a live coaching session to an open Q&A, the goal is for every individual to feel that they are a part of the journey, and that it’s not just ‘happening to them’.
When your programme is complete, we’ll again provide you with the facility to take part in a psychometric profiling exercise to compare to the earlier assessments. Providing you with tangible evidence and results of behavioural change, led by science.
