This two-part module provides a comprehensive exploration of effective coaching frameworks and practical tools designed to enhance the coaching process.

In the first part, participants will delve into a variety of well-established coaching models, such as GROW, SMART, and CLEAR. They will learn how to effectively apply these frameworks to guide coachees in setting and achieving their goals.
This section emphasises the importance of understanding each model’s unique approach and how it can be tailored to different coaching scenarios, ensuring that participants can adapt their strategies to meet the diverse needs of their clients.
This course can be undertaken individually; however, it also forms part of the Ofqual-regulated ILM Accredited Certified Coach Programme. Upon completion, participants have the option to carry this award forward towards full programme completion.
