It examines the key components necessary for building trust, rapport, and mutual respect between coach and coachee, which are crucial for fostering a productive and empowering environment.
Participants will discover how to create a safe space for open communication, adapt their coaching techniques to meet individual needs, and effectively manage challenges that may arise during the coaching process. By focusing on the psychological and emotional aspects of coaching, this module empowers professionals with the skills to maintain strong, supportive relationships that promote lasting growth and enhanced performance.
This course can be undertaken individually; however, it also forms part of the Ofqual-regulated ILM Accredited Certified Coach Programme. Upon completion, participants have the option to carry this award forward towards full programme completion.
