This module offers a thorough introduction to the essential principles and practices of coaching within professional environments.

Participants will explore the foundational skills necessary to cultivate effective coaching relationships, empowering individuals to unlock their potential and pursue personal and professional growth.
Highlighting key coaching techniques such as active listening, questioning, and goal setting, while also addressing the ethical considerations and core competencies that define a successful coach, this module equips participants with the tools needed to drive transformation and foster a positive, supportive environment for development.
This course can be undertaken individually; however, it also forms part of the Ofqual-regulated ILM Accredited Certified Coach Programme. Upon completion, participants have the option to carry this award forward towards full programme completion.
