Team Coaching Essentials
This module provides a comprehensive introduction to team coaching, equipping participants with the foundational knowledge, frameworks, and practical skills needed to coach teams effectively.

Participants will explore the unique benefits of team coaching, how it differs from other team development modalities, and the competencies required to facilitate meaningful team transformation.
Through interactive discussions and hands-on exercises, participants will deepen their understanding of the team coaching process, from pre-coaching considerations to follow-up interventions. On completion, participants will feel confident in applying team coaching techniques and integrating them into their practice or organisation.
This course can be undertaken individually; however, it also forms part of the Ofqual-regulated ILM Accredited Certified Coach Programme. Upon completion, participants have the option to carry this award forward towards full programme completion.
