This certification is self-paced, however you must complete all modules and assessments within 12 months from the date of purchase
The AI Landscape and the New World of Work
Build clarity on what’s happening in the AI shift and how it impacts every role - including where value is moving from execution toward decision-making. Participants analyse how AI is affecting their work and produce a written reflection on how their role is changing.
Operating Effectively in an AI-Enabled Role
Learn how to work with AI as a co-pilot without losing control, judgement, or effectiveness. Participants map their workflow, identify inefficiencies, implement at least two improvements, and record the impact.
Decision Making, Judgement and Critical Thinking
Strengthen the capability that defines high performers: decision quality under uncertainty. Participants apply structured decision frameworks to real decisions and produce a decision review showing how they improved outcomes.
Ethics, Risk, Governance and Responsibility
Operate safely and responsibly in real organisational environments where AI adoption can be unstructured. Participants identify risks and ethical concerns and produce a risk and ethics report with recommended improvements.
Leadership, Influence and Implementing AI in Business
Develop leadership capability to influence adoption, engage stakeholders, and implement AI opportunities safely and effectively. Participants identify an opportunity, engage relevant stakeholders, and produce a leadership reflection on how they influenced change
AI Capability Plan
Produce a structured AI Capability Plan for your role or organisation, including current-state analysis, opportunities for responsible AI use, risks and mitigations, capability development needs, and recommended next steps.
