Ethics in Coaching
This module examines the essential ethical considerations that form the foundation of effective and responsible coaching practices.

Participants will develop an understanding of the ethical principles and frameworks that guide professional coaching, focusing on aspects such as confidentiality, integrity, and respect for the coachee’s autonomy.
The module highlights the significance of maintaining clear boundaries, managing conflicts of interest, and addressing ethical dilemmas with transparency and accountability. By the end, participants will be well-equipped to uphold the highest ethical standards, fostering trust and credibility in their coaching relationships.
This course can be undertaken individually; however, it also forms part of the Ofqual-regulated ILM Accredited Certified Coach Programme. Upon completion, participants have the option to carry this award forward towards full programme completion.
