With a focus on breaking down stigma, recognising early warning signs, and promoting good mental health, participants will explore strategies to navigate sensitive conversations and support clients while maintaining professional boundaries.

The interactive agenda blends self-reflection, education, and practical exercises to help coaches develop a deeper understanding of mental health challenges and the diverse factors influencing individual behaviours and experiences. By the end of the programme, participants will feel equipped to approach mental health discussions with empathy, understanding, and appropriate action.

This course can be undertaken individually; however, it also forms part of the Ofqual-regulated ILM Accredited Certified Coach Programme. Upon completion, participants have the option to carry this award forward towards full programme completion.
