This interactive module explores the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in coaching, leadership, and business operations.

Participants will gain a foundational understanding of AI, its current applications, and its impact on strategy, workforce dynamics, and decision-making.
This session provides hands-on experience with AI-powered tools, allowing coaches to assess their potential for streamlining administration, enhancing research, improving client engagement, and supporting coaching conversations. Through discussions, demonstrations, and ethical considerations using the Responsible AI Framework, participants will explore how to integrate AI responsibly while maintaining the human essence of coaching.
This course can be undertaken individually; however, it also forms part of the Ofqual-regulated ILM Accredited Certified Coach Programme. Upon completion, participants have the option to carry this award forward towards full programme completion.
