This module empowers coaches with the expertise to effectively incorporate psychometric tools into their coaching practice.

Through case studies, live demonstrations, and interactive activities, participants will gain the skills to interpret psychometric data, facilitate insightful client discussions, and seamlessly integrate findings into coaching objectives.
The session covers widely-used psychometric tools, ethical guidelines, and best practices, ensuring coaches are confident in selecting and applying the right tools for their specific needs. By tackling advanced topics such as handling resistance to feedback and driving long-term behaviour change, participants will be equipped with actionable strategies to enhance their coaching impact.
This course can be undertaken individually; however, it also forms part of the Ofqual-regulated ILM Accredited Certified Coach Programme. Upon completion, participants have the option to carry this award forward towards full programme completion.
