As they prepare for Board succession, they’re seeking a Non-Executive Director with a strong focus on governance to help them guide the organisation through its next chapter.

Job Description
- Support the Chair and fellow Board members in upholding high standards of governance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and sector best practice
- Help shape Board culture, effectiveness, and decision-making processes
- Champion transparency, accountability, and values lead purposeful leadership
- Contribute to succession planning and Board development
- Bring constructive challenge and independent oversight to strategic discussions
The Successful Applicant
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in governance ideally within social housing
- Understands the role of a NED in balancing support and challenge
- Shares our commitment to community, inclusion, and resident-focused outcomes
- Values diverse perspectives and brings lived or professional experience relevant to our work
- You will be passionate about making a meaningful impact in one of London’s most iconic neighbourhoods
