Our twelve-week programme begins with a six-week online course that delves into the theory of behavioural neuroscience and the drivers of brain performance, which underpin resilience and high-performance readiness.
This is followed by six weeks of live training sessions, where you will apply neuroscience theory directly to your coaching practice.
The initial six weeks involve self-study through in-depth podcasts and webinars led by Dr. Etienne Van Der Walt, a distinguished neurologist, cognitive neuroscientist, and expert in early childhood brain development.
The subsequent live sessions are conducted by Dr. Chrisna Swart, a skilled neuroscientist and coach. The course includes:
